It is the mission of Bi-County Special Education Cooperative to provide a positive, caring educational experience, rendered in the least restrictive environment, to all students found eligible under the Individuals with Disabilities Act.

Bi-County is entrusted to provide quality programming to low incidence students while offering sound technical advice on behalf of high incidence students to our twelve member districts.

We believe, that when given the support, opportunity and encouragement, all children can learn and succeed.
